hey everybody!
alright so some thursday ago was incredibly cool
and now i'll tell you why
first off, i had no work that day
(to fill you in, i've got a job, i sell electronics at sears)
and on top of that, i got to see tmbg for FREE (good, cause i'm still broke, though i have a job now)
at borders where my friend sarah works
and afterward, the signed stuff, such as the copy of no! that i'd bought for them to sign
and to listen to repeatedly
i asked linnell if i could touch his accordion
and he said he'd rather i didn't, cause it was being tempermental
then we left and it was hot dog time (spike's, mmmm da 'kraut, also mmmm)
phil was supposed to go see episode 2, and since he brought me, i was tagging along
(this makes 5 times for me, anyone else a big fat dork?)
we had time to kill, so we went back to borders to watch Them pack up
and i stood by patiently waiting for linnell's 10 minute conversation with someone to end
before i asked if he would kindly let me touch the accordion case instead
(again, big fat dork, but perhaps some of you understand the motivation)
to which he said sure, so i did
he thanked me for coming to the show and was supremely nice
despite the reputation for being kinda grumpy and antisocial
which prompted my new nickname for him
john "i am supremely nice" linnell
sorry about the putting this someplace noone will see it
but i'm at the apartment now
and uh, my hotmail account is not signed onto the list as yet
this'll do, i guess.
so how is everyone?
sam, i heard about your newly discovered transvestitism
good for you
skirts are quite freeing, in a way.
my right contact is bothering me
i am vexed
how long til i can save up enough for glasses?
wrote two more songs since the last one you heard about, jim
they're still kinda in the works, though
but i'll show them to you eventually
maybe even everyone
alright, time to go clean.
talk to you later, everyone.
